Maryland Handgun Qualification License course is a 4 hour class designed to provide the necessary training so that a Maryland resident can buy and obtain a handgun. The class provides shooters an introduction to the fundamentals, knowledge, skills, and attitude needed to obtain the H.Q.L. license. This class is the first steps to obtaining your Maryland Wear & Carry Permit. Classes starts at 8 am and ends at 12 pm. Range Time is a one stop shop for all you training needs.
